Koin Limited is seeking a Production Shift Manager for the Holton Heath site. You will lead the Works department on the early shift, keep three production machines running, and ensure accurate stock and timely outputs in a fast-paced environment.
You will work hands-on when needed, plan the shift, train the team, and liaise with Head Office on priorities and deadlines. A full-time 40-hour week is required on-site.
