Job Title
QA / Food Quality Assurance Technician - Wareham (Dorset)
Salary£28,000-£30,000
HoursFull-time, Monday to Friday with weekend availability.
OverviewReporting into the Technical Manager, you will help ensure the company's chocolates, brownies, gelato and other products meet high food safety and quality standards, supporting audits, HACCP, inspections, testing, traceability and continuous improvement across production.
Key Responsibilities- Support audits, inspections, testing, traceability and continuous improvement across production.
- Partner with the Technical Manager to maintain high food safety and quality standards for products.
- Assist with HACCP, inspections and other quality assurance tasks across production.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in food quality / QA.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Good communication, problem-solving and record-keeping skills.
- Auditing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
The role is commutable from Wareham, Poole, Bournemouth, Corfe.
