Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Wareham and Christchurch for a Graduate trainee Valuer. The role involves conducting property valuations, preparing detailed reports, and liaising with clients, estate agents, and property developers. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate real estate appraisals, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The Graduate Valuer will also collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality consultancy and valuation services.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Familiarity with working in collaboration with Estate Agents
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a non cognate degree holder interested in training to be a member of the RICS
  • An RICS-accredited degree or interest in pursuing RICS qualification is a plus but not essential
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team
