• Hands‑on approach in the production of menu items during service.
• Ensure the quality of food production and presentation is maintained to company standards.
• Train the team to maintain a consistent standard.
• Monitor stock levels and work with nominated suppliers to secure best value.
• Maintain strict control and security of stocks, including conducting stock takes.
• Set, monitor, and maintain opening and closing procedures, including cleaning rotas.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, including health, safety, and hygiene.
