Key Responsibilities

As Sous Chef, you'll play an important role in maintaining the high standards of the kitchen while supporting the wider team.

Lead and motivate the kitchen team
Help develop and evolve the menu
Produce consistently high-quality fine-dining dishes
Maintain excellent standards across food preparation and service
Work 48 hours per week across a mixture of split and straight shifts

What we're looking for

You’ll be an experienced chef with a passion for delivering exceptional food and a strong background in fine dining.

Previous experience working in a fine-dining kitchen
Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
Experience leading and supporting a kitchen team
A genuine passion for high-quality food
Commutable from Bournemouth, Poole, and Weymouth
