This is a varied outdoor role where you'll patrol the training area, support military exercises, monitor public access, respond to incidents, and help keep the estate safe and secure. * ** Shift Pattern:
** This role operates on a rotating shift pattern across Monday to Sunday between 07:00 – 00:00, supporting both military training and public access. Regular evening and late shifts are required, so flexibility is essential.

** What You'll Do
*** Patrol the Defence Training Estate using company vehicles
* Support military training exercises and estate operations
* Monitor public access areas and promote safety
* Respond to incidents, hazards and security concerns
* Operate warning systems, including flags, lights and training controls
* Conduct inspections and report defects or unauthorised activity
* Complete reports using digital and paper-based systems
* Work closely with military personnel, colleagues and the public
** What We're Looking For
*** Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Confident driving across rural sites and varied terrain
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Calm, reliable and safety-focused
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Basic IT skills and confidence using tablets/mobile devices
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)
