Customer Service Rep
We’re looking for a Member Services Representative at Core Development & Management located in Wareham, MA
.
Base pay: $15.00/hr – $16.00/hr individual pay will be based on skills, experience and performance.

- Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions and concerns.
- Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and supporting their fitness journeys.
- Resolve member concerns and, when needed, elevate issues to the Club Manager.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
- Perform membership functions such as sign‑ups, contact/billing updates, cancellations, collection of unpaid balances, and membership transfers.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, contributing to club monthly and yearly targets.
- Conduct prospective member calls and tours; assess membership needs.
- Execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals.
- Clean and sanitize all exercise equipment and Recovery Zone amenities, including communal spaces and your assigned area.
- Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitized, stocked and clutter‑free.
- Perform comprehensive walk‑throughs of all club areas to promptly address safety, policy, and cleanliness concerns.
- Report maintenance and facility issues such as broken equipment or leaks.
- Communicates openly and effectively.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willingness to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Continual standing and movement throughout the club.
- Continual in‑person or phone communication.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals.
- Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
- Ability to bend, twist, and maneuver to accomplish tasks.
