Member Services Representative

We’re looking for a Member Services Representative at Core Development & Management located in Wareham, MA
.

Base pay: $15.00/hr – $16.00/hr individual pay will be based on skills, experience and performance.

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions and concerns.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and, when needed, elevate issues to the Club Manager.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership functions such as sign‑ups, contact/billing updates, cancellations, collection of unpaid balances, and membership transfers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, contributing to club monthly and yearly targets.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours; assess membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals.
• Clean and sanitize all exercise equipment and Recovery Zone amenities, including communal spaces and your assigned area.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitized, stocked and clutter‑free.
• Perform comprehensive walk‑throughs of all club areas to promptly address safety, policy, and cleanliness concerns.
• Report maintenance and facility issues such as broken equipment or leaks.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Continual standing and movement throughout the club.
• Continual in‑person or phone communication.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals.
• Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
• Ability to bend, twist, and maneuver to accomplish tasks.
