We are hiring a Hospice Clinical Director to join our care team with Hospice Services of Massachusetts.

Experience & Education- Bachelor s degree in nursing.
- Must possess an active and unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts.
- Prior experience in hospice required.
- Oversees all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical staff.
- Provides clinical oversight, mentoring, and guidance to interdisciplinary team members.
- Assists with hiring, evaluation, and supervision of clinical personnel.
- Develops and maintains clinical policies and procedures that comply with federal and state regulations and CHAP standards.
- Provides orientation and ongoing training to clinical staff; oversees in-service education.
- Maintains quality improvement initiatives, monitors performance indicators, and ensures compliance with the performance improvement program.
- Monitors and documents the patient’s condition, symptoms, and response to interventions.
- Communicates effectively with families, caregivers, and providers regarding goals of care and clinical updates.
- Participates in IDT meetings and care conferences.
