Shift
:
Night shift (11:15 pm – 7:15 am) with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Hours
: 24 hours per week.

Sign‑on bonus
: $900 for new hires (rehires eligible after one year).

Compensation
: USD $19.28 – $25.94 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Under general supervision of the Manager, Patient Care or Designee, perform a variety of office, secretarial, and patient‑care duties. Responsibilities include basic patient care, personal hygiene, mobility assistance, nutritional support, and maintaining a clean patient environment. Coordinate services to ensure completion of daily activities for the unit, organize and direct patient‑focused support activities, and assist the Manager with additional tasks as directed.

• High school diploma or equivalent with additional specialized courses or training.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Computer skills including knowledge of the computer system; related secretarial experience preferred.
• Over three months of related work experience required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID‑19 or exempt by statement if medically or personally required.
