Under general supervision of the Manager, TOH Nursing Services or designee, the Technician shall perform a variety of duties in providing direct patient care, including phlebotomy, EKG, minor invasive procedures, and diagnostic procedures in accordance with physicians’ orders. The Technician will conduct patient interviews and provide clerical support, including but not limited to patient registration, data/order entry, transcription of orders, collation of medical records, and other clerical duties as assigned.

• Completion of four years of high school plus specialized courses and training
• One to three years of related work experience required
• Must be able to successfully complete the Medical Terminology Exam
• CPR certification required
• Nursing Assistant, EMT, or Paramedic certifications preferred
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID‑19, or qualify for exemption by signing a statement certifying the exemption

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

USD $17.22 – $28.56 per hour.

• 1 major summer holiday, 1 major winter holiday
• 6 shifts in a 6‑week period, with 2 of the shifts occurring on weekends
