Parts Professional

Ferri Equipment is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Parts Professional to manage parts inventory, process orders, and support our service and sales teams. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, with a focus on accuracy, organization, and teamwork. We’re seeking a self-starter who can work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and grow into a skilled parts specialist.

• Receive, organize, and stock parts for our rental fleet and customer equipment.
• Look up and source parts using manufacturer catalogs, part numbers, and computer-based inventory systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts, bin locations, and stock levels.
• Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Prepare all reports and forms required in conjunction with parts orders and inventory.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager and technicians to ensure the right parts are on hand for repairs.
• Prioritize orders and ensure the parts department is maintained in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and customers as needed to source parts and resolve order issues.
• Exhibit positive and effective interaction with customers, fellow employees, and equipment manufacturers.
• Uphold safety practices and standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous parts, inventory, or equipment experience preferred, but strong organizational aptitude required.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computer-based inventory and ordering systems.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Light to moderate lifting is required.
