Production Manager

Landscapes by D&J is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day field operations and ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

This role is responsible for crew performance, scheduling, quality control, and operational execution across assigned divisions. The Production Manager works closely with leadership, account management, and fleet to deliver consistent results and profitable operations.

• Oversee daily field operations and crew performance
• Manage schedules, labor allocation, and job execution
• Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and crew development
• Enforce safety policies and procedures
• Collaborate with Account Managers to meet client expectations
• Monitor job costs, labor efficiency, and productivity
• Communicate clearly with field leadership and office staff

• Strong leadership and people‑management skills
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute daily operations
• Financial awareness, including labor efficiency and job costing
• Clear communication and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in landscaping, construction, or related service industries required
• Salary range: $70,000–$85,000, based on experience
