We are searching for a talented RN for a Med/Surg Unit.
UP TO $9,600 NEW HIRE SIGN ON BONUS!
Hours: 32 hrs
Shift: Night shift, 11:15 pm – 7:15 am with weekend and holiday rotation

Tobey Hospital – Wareham, MA
SK3 is a 21‑bed surgical unit specializing in the care of post‑operative patients. The patient population includes bariatric surgery, orthopedic surgery, general surgery, gynecology surgery, and plastic surgery. SK3 prides itself in providing excellent patient care using a multidisciplinary approach. Telemetry monitoring is also provided.
Sign On Details- $9,600 New Hire Sign On with 3+ years of RN experience
- $8,000 New Hire Sign On with 1‑3 years of RN experience
- $6,000 New Hire Sign On with less than 1 year of RN experience

ResponsibilitiesUnder direction of the Manager, Patient Services or designee of the individual assigned unit, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit. Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, appropriate to the age group of patient regularly served, are required.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
- Over three months up to and including one year of experience is preferred.
- Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID‑19 or be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Compensation:
Pay rate will be determined based on the level of experience.
USD $39.37 – $70.01 / hr.
Rotation Schedule RequirementEvery other weekend and every other holiday.
