Veterinary Client Service Representative

Wareham Animal Hospital is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our fast growing Animal Urgent Care facility. The Client Service team will promote positive interactions with clients, staff, and our referring veterinary community.

• Minimum 1-2+ years’ experience in the veterinary industry, but willing to train the right candidate
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional with the ability to solve problems and make decisions independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including electronic medical record keeping
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy with financial transactions
• Ability to handle emotional situations with compassion and patience
• Ability to move 50 lbs

• Managing doctor and technician appointment schedules
• Making appointments, follow-ups, etc.
• Fostering open communication with our referring veterinary community, including sending and obtaining medical records
• Answering phone calls in a timely and friendly manner
• Diligent Medical Record documentation
• Maintaining a clean, comfortable space for pets and clients
• Processing of multiple payment modalities

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
