Job Requirements and Duties- You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

GeneralJob Duties For All Store Team Members
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility regularly.
Orientation and on-the-job training are provided.
Communication Skills- Ability to comprehend and convey written instructions accurately.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
- Make correct monetary change.
- Verbal and written communication, including telephone skills to take and process orders; strong eye-hand coordination for rapid, precise movements.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
- Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
- In-store temperatures range from 36°F (cooler) to 90°F and higher in some areas.
- Possible temperature fluctuations in work areas and outdoors.
- Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust exposure.
- Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Deliveries may involve varying weather conditions and driving.
- Talking and hearing on the telephone; near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
- Depth perception; far and night vision for driving.
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently or with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions.
QualificationsPhysical Requirements (summary):
- Standing:
Most tasks are performed while standing; work surfaces typically 36"–48" high. - Walking:
Short distances as needed; includes moving between store and delivery vehicle. - Sitting:
Desk work for paperwork in an office setting. - Lifting:
Handling cases of ingredients and supplies up to 50 lb; unpacking and stacking up to 72". - Carrying:
Pizzas, cans, and trays of dough; deliveries involve carrying items during walking and climbing duties. - Pushing/Pulling:
Moving dollies and trays with moderate force; pulling of items as needed. - Climbing:
Occasional stairs or ladders for maintenance or price changes; may involve multiple flights during deliveries. - Stooping/Bending, Crouching/Squatting, Reaching:
Various repetitive movements as part of daily tasks. - Driving:
Deliver pizzas within the designated area; several deliveries per shift may be required. - Hand Tasks:
Continuous eye-hand coordination; frequent use of hands for dough, tools, and packaging. - Machines/Eq:
Use of pencils, computers, telephones, calculators, and pizza-related tools.
Job Duties
- Deliver product by car to the customer's door; deliver flyers and door hangers as needed.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
