Job DescriptionWe’re looking for qualified drivers to staff stores in your area. Job Requirements and Duties- You must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
- Possess navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses within a designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

GeneralJob Duties For All Store Team Members
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training are provided on the job.
Communication Skills- Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Make correct monetary change.
- Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Use motor coordination between eyes and hands to perform precise movements rapidly.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
- In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F (and above) in some work areas.
- Sudden changes in temperature in the work area and while outside.
- Fumes from food odors.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Talking and hearing on the telephone.
- Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
- Depth perception.
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
- Far vision and night vision for driving.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions.
Additional InformationPhysical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and driving. Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the vehicle to the customer’s location. Bulk product deliveries weighted up to 50 pounds are unloaded by hand truck; pizzas and beverages are carried while performing walking and climbing duties.
