Asbestos Surveyor

Asbestos Surveyor needed in Wiltshire Paying £13.68 per hr
Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities   Conduct Management and Refurbishment & Demolition asbestos surveys within domestic dwellings.
Identify, assess, and record asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in accordance with industry standards and legislation.
Produce accurate survey reports and maintain detailed records.
Upload and manage survey information using asset management systems and databases.
Liaise professionally with residents, contractors, clients, and colleagues.
Ensure all findings are recorded accurately and submitted within agreed timescales.
Work in accordance with health and safety legislation, company policies, and best practice guidance.
Support the ongoing management of asbestos risks across the property portfolio.
