Raytheon UK, in collaboration with OMNIA Training, seeks a Training Designer to deliver collective training events for the British Army. You will design Exercise Plans, ensure DSAT compliance, and work with Army stakeholders to align training with current doctrine in a hybrid role based in Warminster.
You will join a matrix organisation, report through the Training Design Branch, and support transformation across Live, Virtual and Constructive environments, with a focus on innovation and quality.
