We are looking for a Support Worker to join our Supported Living Services based in Chippenham, Warminster & Devizes on a full‑time basis.
As a Support Worker, you will assist with daily activities and provide emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities, participating in activities such as music, craft, cooking, gardening, allotment work, local walks, board games, pool and darts.
What we're looking for- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
- Full‑time: 37.5 hrs
- Days: 07:00‑22:00
- Sleep‑ins: 22:00‑07:00
Sleep‑in available with enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
£12.21 per hour, plus excellent benefits
£24,067 per annum, pro‑rata + excellent benefits
