Security Architect

Hybrid 3 days per week on site | Defence & National Security

I’m partnering with a UK defence and national security organisation delivering one of the most ambitious military training transformation programmes in the country.

This is a senior, hands‑on Security Architect role where your work will directly support mission‑critical systems used by the British Army
. You’ll operate in a trusted environment, influencing security decisions across complex, classified systems from design through to deployment.

• Owning and shaping security architecture across enterprise and system environments
• Leading threat modelling, risk assessments and security design
• Advising senior technical and non‑technical stakeholders on cyber risk
• Supporting assurance across classified environments
• Working closely with engineers, architects and delivery teams

• Proven experience as a Security / Cyber / Information Security Architect
• Strong background in regulated or high‑assurance environments
• Comfortable operating at SECRET or above
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MOD RMF)
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
