Maintenance Assistant Manager Longleat Forest | Circa £46,300 per annum

What you'll be doing- Overseeing daily maintenance tasks and team coordination
- Communicating with internal teams to plan and respond to maintenance needs
- Supporting training, performance monitoring, and team development
- Managing time and attendance systems to keep operations efficient

- Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 7:30am and 6pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of160 hours over a 4‑week period.
- You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Has a recognised qualification and hands‑on experience in Electrical, Gas Safe, Mechanical or Plumbing work
- Enjoys leading and developing a team in a supportive way
- Is well‑organised, with good planning and computer skills
- Brings a positive, motivational approach to work and colleagues
- Full driving licence, held for a minimum of 6 months
