Production Operatives

Overview

Thrive Group are seeking Production Operatives to join an expanding team at a client site in Warminster, Wiltshire. This role involves working within a frozen, food-based factory. Immediate starts available.

• Operate in a fast-paced food production environment
• Complete quality inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Adhere to operational procedures and follow client specifications
• Comply with Health & Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices at all times
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Suggest improvement ideas to Line Coordinators and managers

• Good level of literacy and numeracy
• Team player
• Positive and flexible work attitude
• Adhere to Quality and Health & Safety policies
• Clear written and spoken English

• Monday to Friday, 07:15–16:45 — £12.71 per hour
