About the Role

Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for a rewarding role where you can genuinely make a difference to a young person's life?

We are looking for a resilient, confident and inspirational Experienced Support Worker to join our team in Warminster, supporting young people with complex emotional difficulties, Autism, ADHD and behaviours that can sometimes be challenging.

This is a rewarding but demanding role, where no two days are the same.

You'll need to be someone who can remain calm under pressure, set clear and consistent boundaries, and build trusting relationships through a positive and therapeutic approach.

Most importantly, you'll be a strong role model who can encourage young people to develop their confidence, independence and life skills.

  • Substance misuse
  • Criminology
  • Learning disabilities
  • Emotional and behavioural difficulties

Relevant qualifications and experience will be considered when determining your pay level.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
