Customer Service Representative

Pratt Industries - :  [Customer Service Representative] As a Customer Service Representative at Pratt Industries, you'll:
Coordinate with external suppliers to maintain roll stock inventory and work through issues such as quality, on time delivery, and forecasting;
Enter roll stock orders accurately and timely;
Maintain data in multiple computer systems;
Forecast and schedule internal roll stock consumption;
Correspond with internal customers daily to ensure inventory outages are kept to an absolute minimum.
