Assistant Professor of Dental Hygiene

Perimeter College invites applications for an assistant professor position in dental hygiene. Thisis a teaching-focused position: 80% of the workload is instruction, with 10% in service to the department, college, and university, and 10% in scholarly and creative activities. Perimeterfaculty are responsible for providing 27-32 credit hours of instruction per academic year and engaging in service to the department, college, and university as well as scholarly and creative activities.

Teaching responsibilities include didactic courses and clinical instruction and may include clinic management or coordination. Perimeter College faculty maintain a campus presence, and the successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to earlyundergraduate teaching and learning, and the ability to thrive in an academic setting with anaccess mission. Perimeter College is a multi-campus institution, and the teaching assignmentmay be on any of the college’s campuses.

The dental hygiene program is located on our Dunwoody campus.
