REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience operating and maintaining high frequency (HF), high power transmitter systems
- Minimum of 10 years of experience operating and maintaining large-scale transmit antenna systems including mast and tower systems
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with high power amplifiers (HPAs) & switching matrices
- Extensive experience with performance monitoring & diagnostic (PMD) tools employed with HF high power transmitter systems/subsystems
- Experience in transmitter system performance analysis, availability and maintenance management
- Experience with both analog and digital transmitter systems, subsystems & components
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or minimum of 20 years of practical experience with HF transmitter systems, specifically over-the-horizon systems
- Experience working as a CFSR for transmitter systems/subsystems
- Certification and experience in working at height up on antenna and mast systems from 10 to 40 meters high
- Experience with industry standards for safety of HF high power transmitter systems
- Experience working joint programs, ideally with international partners
