Indra Soft, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Senior Engineer II with an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance to work on our project at Robins Air Force Base, GA. The candidate should possess strong communication, interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, innovative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must hold and maintain a valid Top Secret Security Clearance.

The role involves product sustainment, development, lab support, and engineering services supporting the Operational Flight Program (OFP), Test Program Set (TPS), Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, and Mission Support (MS) within the Software Maintenance Group. Responsibilities include system evaluation, project planning, network support, and system implementation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering from an ABET-accredited school or equivalent experience.
• 10-15+ years’ experience in Electronic Warfare, Radar, Sensors, Communications, Navigation, Identification, Networks, Information Assurance, Avionics OFPs, Support Equipment, Simulations, or Systems Integration.
• Security+ Certification; CCNA is a plus.
• Experience with large-scale system infrastructure, hardware/software implementation, network support, virtualization, performance tuning, backup, and restore.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage workload.
• Must have and maintain Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience on DoD programs.

• Provide technical support to customers and stakeholders.
• Support acquisition, verification, validation, and testing of products.
• Conduct research, analysis, reverse-engineering, and system administration tasks.
• Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks, troubleshoot issues, and develop technical documentation.
• Support infrastructure services, emergency recovery, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Manage project teams and provide lifecycle sustainment support.
