HX5 is currently seeking a Configuration and Data Manager supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Electronic Warfare Division (AFLCMC/HBY) at Robins AFB, Georgia.

• Manage and track deliverables in accordance with Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for division contracts. Utilize the Multi-User Engineering Change Proposal Automated Review System (MEARS).
• Analyze the impact of configuration changes on lifecycle sustainment and identify sources and uses for configuration data
• Confirm data adequacy for system verification reviews, Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs), and Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs), and conduct these audits
• Assist the US Government (USG) in resolving engineering change proposal conflicts and assess proposed changes for systems supportability
• Review hardware and software specifications, engineering drawings, and ensure accurate documentation and marking of Configuration Items (CIs)
• Aid in reviewing Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Contract Change Proposals (CCPs), Request for Deviation (RFDs), and manage Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) processes
• Determine Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) database requirements, monitor data inputs, track fielded systems' configurations, and document baseline changes

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience:

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten (10) years’ experience in the respective discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD.
• Or bachelor’s degree in a related field and twelve (12) years’ experience in the respective discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
• Or fifteen (15) years of directly related experience, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire.
• Must be able to travel, including air travel.
