Senior Analyst - CFO Services

PHG is an advisory firm offering strategic CFO services and bookkeeping for founder & family-owned businesses in North America. PHG assists small to medium sized businesses with revenue of $1-$100 million with accounting/bookkeeping, monthly reporting, forecasting/budgeting, implementing key performance indicators and other strategic financial advisory services. PHG also has a buyside M&A arm where it works with blue-chip multibillion dollar private equity firms to originate and execute deals.

This role serves as a strategic financial partner and trusted advisor to a portfolio clients, providing fractional CFO services that drive business growth and profitability. Youll work with team members to support the entire FP&A function from annual strategic planning and budget development to monthly financial advisory and performance insights. This is a hands-on CFO role where youll roll up your sleeves to build financial models and reporting packages while also serving as a strategic thought partner to business owners and leadership teams.

Youll translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies, challenge assumptions, and guide critical decision-making. This position is remote and requires availability during U.S. business hours.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial due diligence, or fractional CFO/advisory roles
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting, etc.)
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Prior experience independently developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting models and monthly reporting packages (PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Quick Books preferred
• Solid understanding of facility services / construction accounting processes (job costing, revenue recognition / WIP ad
