Adoration Home Health and Hospice is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Warner Robins, GA. As a Home Health SLP, you will provide expert, patient-centered care and help patients and families thrive in a supportive, fulfilling environment.

• Communicate with patients to evaluate speech or language difficulty and determine ongoing therapy needs
• Teach patients how to produce sounds and improve voice quality
• Teach alternative communication methods (e.g., sign language) to patients with limited speech capability
• Educate and guide the healthcare team, patients, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises to support progress outside direct therapy sessions
• Document progress and clinical notes; submit visit documentation per Agency policy

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Current, unrestricted license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification in accordance with state regulations

During the initial employment period, the successful candidate will be employed by LHC Group until January 1, 2026. After that date, employment will transfer to Adoration Home Health / Bright Spring Health Services. LHC Group will manage onboarding activities and benefit coverage during the employment period. At all times, Adoration Home Health / Bright Spring Health Services will supervise and direct the successful candidate’s work.
