Peachtree Immediate Care is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our urgent care team in Warner Robins, GA.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting daily front-office operations. • Work a three-day schedule with 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends.

• Verify insurance eligibility, collect co-pays, and process payments.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or medical front-office experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
• Ability to work three 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.
