Compensation:$16 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department, including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service

Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement

Implement and monitor the operation schedules of food and beverage staff

Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy

Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure

Qualifications:

Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skillsA firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations
