Tyto Athene is searching for a Desktop Support Level III to join our team in Warner Robins, GA. This is a complex, multi‑year contract supporting the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Information Technology (IT) Services.

• Oversees the productivity of 10 Command Focal Point (CFP) personnel
• Provides support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware.
• Performs configurations, installations, diagnostics, upgrades, repairs and preventive maintenance of personal computer products and peripherals
• May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem.
• Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
• Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems.
• Maintains currency and highest level of technical skill in field of expertise.

• Recommend 5 or more years of experience managing network modernization work or system projects of similar scope and complexity.
• Experience as a desktop support technician or equivalent.
• Capabilities needed to deliver in‑person and remote IT aid.
• Fantastic installation, diagnostic, upgrade, and restoration abilities.
• Excellent vertical and lateral thinking.
• Superb time management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Forbearing, flexible, and supportive
• Active CompTIA IAT Level II certification (Security Plus+, etc.)
• Provide onsite support at Waner Robins AFRC in GA.

• Active DoD Secret clearance

• Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The hourly range for this position is typically between $27.00 to $30.00. This does not guarantee a specific hourly/salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above‑stated range.
