HX5 is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Electronic Warfare Division (AFLCMC/HBY) at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, Georgia.

• Using strong knowledge of DoD systems acquisition, program management principles, and FMS/USAF procurement activities, independently perform all duties related to program management, including post‑award tasks and life‑cycle management
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis, formulate strategic plans, develop and maintain acquisition reports, and conduct program status briefings
• Support program actions such as meeting coordination, milestone tracking, briefing preparation, and development of risk management strategies, including preparing documentation for acquisition decision processes.
• Develop directorate‑level portfolio metrics, support programmatic events, finalize correspondence, and manage data repositories
• Using proficiency in Microsoft applications and SharePoint management, support program operations and data analysis across various administrative domains, focusing on strategic communications.
• Perform financial reviews including producing funding documents and analysis.

Must have the following education and experience:

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD
• OR… Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
• OR… 15 years of directly related experience, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD.

This is a full‑time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire.
• Must be able to travel, including air travel.
