• Must have minimum 3+ Years of Dealership Service Management Experience - Stellantis / CDJR experience preferred but not required

• Manage employee schedules and pay plans
• Assume responsibility for staffing and hiring all employees under his/her division
• Attend manager meetings and conduct service department meetings
• Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the service department
• Maintain service customer pay gross profit growth
• Maintain technician proficiency
• Partner with technical schools to recruit technicians
• Partner with OEM and other third party vendors
