Rector Seal, based in Houston, Texas, is seeking a production Batcher for on-site duties in our HVAC/plumbing product lines. You will stage materials, mix according to formulas, and maintain quality while partnering with QA/Lab and ERP systems to track inventory. The role requires standing for 8–12 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for overtime.
We value reliable, punctual team players who can read instructions, work safely, and adapt to peak periods. JD Edwards experience is a plus.
