The Maintenance Technician reports directly to the maintenance supervisor and collaborates closely with production supervisors and other team members to minimize downtime and maximize operational uptime.

Located in Macon, GA, this full-time Maintenance Technician position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, especially those with experience in manufacturing or food processing environments. The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday, starting at 5:00 AM and continuing until all responsibilities are completed. Occasional Saturday shifts may be required to meet operational demands.

• Conduct preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance on a variety of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment issues to minimize production downtime and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), sanitation, and food safety procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
