Process Operator

Chase Staffing is currently hiring a Process Operator in the White, GA area. Swing Shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm OR 6:00pm - 6:30am Pay rate: $19.50 to $24.00 per hour

The Module Process Operator supports the Module Process Team with daily production, inspection, rework, material handling, and workplace organization activities. The operator works closely with Process Technicians, Process Engineers, and Production Leadership to maintain product quality, support production requirements, and ensure a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment.

• Perform module rework, including detailed inspection and correction of repairable defects.
• Conduct detailed visual inspections of modules and components to identify defects and abnormalities.
• Assist Process Technicians and Engineers with daily Module Process functions and activities.
• Inspect, sort, and organize all production materials.
• Perform cell inspection and sorting activities.
• Identify and properly segregate defective, damaged, or non-conforming materials.
• Perform 5S, cleaning, and sanitation activities within assigned production areas.
• Move, stage, organize, and remove production materials as directed.
• Operate an electric pallet jack when properly trained and authorized.
• Assist with material movement and organizational activities throughout the Module Process area.
• Support process and quality improvement activities as directed by Process Technicians or Engineers.
• Follow all applicable SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Promptly communicate quality, process, material, or safety concerns to the appropriate Process Technician, Engineer, or Supervisor.
• Support other Module Process activities and assignments as directed by Process Leadership.

• Must be able to independently lift and carry up to 80 pounds as required by the job.
• Must be able to safely perform lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling activities throughout the work shift.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periods of up to 12 hours per shift.
• Must be able to perform repetitive movements and material-handling activities while maintaining proper safety procedures.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment for the duration of the scheduled shift.
• Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Must be able to safely perform assigned job duties in accordance with company safety requirements.
