• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (Aveanna can assist after hire).
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
