American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring 18 months of ICU experience and a GA or compact RN license

• ICU unit setting providing critical care nursing
• Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
• Uses Meditech and Epic charting systems
• Float to other departments and facilities, including a second hospital location, as needed on a department-based rotation
• No on-call responsibilities

• Active GA or compact RN license in hand
• Current BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required prior to start
• Minimum 18 months of ICU experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Vent management and IV insertion experience required
• PICC line experience required
• Epic EMR experience required

• Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients, including ventilator management and IV/PICC line care
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered for this travel position
• Former employees of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• Strict RTO policies apply, with reduced allowances for time off near holidays
• Only one holiday time-off request permitted per contract
