American Traveler is hiring a Telemetry RN for a 13-week night shift contract requiring 18 months of tele experience and a GA or compact RN license.
Details- Pulmonary/Telemetry unit setting
- Night shift schedule with 4x12-hour shifts, 48 hours per week
- No on-call responsibilities
- Uses Epic EMR
- Active GA or compact RN license in hand
- BLS certification (AHA) required to start
- Minimum 18 months of Telemetry nursing experience required
- Skilled in IV insertion and PICC lines
- Epic EMR experience required
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
- Former Emory or Houston perm staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- Holiday coverage and RTO requests are subject to facility-specific scheduling restrictions
