American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position requiring 18 months of tele experience and a GA or compact RN license in hand.

• Position located in the 3M Pulmonary unit
• Night shift schedule with 4x12-hour shifts totaling 48 hours per week
• 30-minute meal break included per shift
• No on-call responsibilities required
• Charting performed using Meditech

• Active GA or compact RN license required in hand
• Minimum 18 months of Telemetry nursing experience required
• BLS certification (AHA) required to start
• Experience with IV insertion and PICC lines required
• Meditech charting experience required

• Provide direct patient care within a pulmonary telemetry unit
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Former Emory or Houston perm staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO is strictly limited, with a maximum of 5 days allowed if not near a holiday and 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per assignment
