• Provide a friendly and welcoming first impression to guests.
• Make menu recommendations and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Deliver timely and accurate service.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Effective communication skills.
• Commitment to making an impact.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for long periods.

Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for up to four hours. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively. Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks throughout the shift.

Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies. Ability to wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
