The Full-Time Sales Associate assists the store management with daily operations, including customer service, sales, merchandising, and other responsibilities, all performed professionally and reliably.

• Build customer relationships through excellent service and knowledgeable assistance.
• Display fashion and trend knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Maintain a positive attitude and comply with company policies.
• Support loss prevention and security procedures.
• Follow POS procedures, balance cash, and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain a neat sales environment and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Leadership qualities and ability to work independently.
• Flexible availability and basic fashion knowledge.
• Ability to work in a team and understand street lifestyle customer needs.

• Stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with reliable transportation.
