Responsibilities of a Meat Cutter- Cutting fresh steaks by hand
- Reading prep sheets
- Following Texas Roadhouse specifications
- Tracking product yield
- Setting up the meat display case
- Properly using and maintaining kitchen equipment
- Keeping the meat room walk-in clean and organized
- Following storage and rotation procedures
- Maintaining safety and sanitation standards
- Exhibiting teamwork
