RCI XL is seeking an experienced RV Technician to join our team in Warner Robins, GA. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional with strong diagnostic and repair skills who is comfortable working across multiple RV systems and components.

• $18 – $30+ per hour
  , based on experience and skill level
• Higher compensation available for highly experienced technicians with advanced diagnostic or specialty repair expertise

• Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Slide-out systems
  • RV / fifth wheel / travel trailer repair and service
  • Heavy‑duty vehicle (HD) repair or service
  • Electrical diagnostics
  • Awnings
  • Collision repair
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

• Diagnose, repair, and service RV systems and components
• Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of RV types and related equipment
• Conduct electrical diagnostics and system troubleshooting
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards
• Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding repairs and timelines
