This position will be a lead HVAC technician, perform service, repair, and maintenance independently on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting. Good customer service focus is required. Excellent communication and mentoring skills required.

• Perform diagnostic and safety check and present to the customer
• Create estimates to solve customers issues
• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Honest evaluation and root cause analysis of customer needs

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have 5+ years prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
• NATE certification preferred
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record
