Yes, 10% of the time. This position is on-site in Warner Robins, GA and part of the Integrated Mission Solutions (IMS) organization, supporting the B-1B Electronic Warfare Software Program.

• Develop, modify, and maintain embedded operational flight programs using software development best practices and standards.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements development, modeling and design, unit to CSCI testing, integration, formal system testing, release, installation, and maintenance.
• Provide leadership in solving complex problems.
• Interact with Program Management, external suppliers, and government customers; strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are essential.

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field; or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  8+ years with B.S., 6+ years with M.S., or 4+ years with Ph.D. in direct relevant work.
• Proficiency in C/C++/Ada or other OOP languages.
• Proficiency in the full formal software lifecycle process from requirements to testing.
• Working knowledge of Electronic Warfare (EW) principles.
• Highly motivated self-starters; able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must currently hold and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret security clearance.

• Experience with developing OFPs for real-time embedded operating systems (VxWorks, pSOS).
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Experience interfacing with customers and/or stakeholders.
• Experience with digital signal processing and radar principles.
• Experience programming in Ada.
• Experience deriving software design and test specifications from system requirements.
• Experience using Jira, Bitbucket, or Git.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Primary salary range: $ – $. Salaries are influenced by factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
