Develop and execute sales strategies to reach new clients throughout the Warr Acres area and beyond.

Consult with prospects to understand their specific coverage needs and provide honest, well-researched recommendations.

Cultivate and nurture long‑term relationships with existing policyholders to ensure their protection evolves with their life changes.

Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate risk assessment and policy placement.

Represent Trophy Insurance Solutions at local community events and business gatherings to increase our presence.

Mentor junior staff members by sharing effective sales techniques and industry knowledge.

Minimum of five years of experience in direct insurance sales.

Strong track record of managing and expanding a commercial or personal lines book of business.

Expertise in using agency management systems and quoting software.

Excellent verbal communication skills for building client rapport.

Strategic mindset for identifying growth opportunities within a local market.
