Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
- Deliver skilled nursing services with compassion and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Must maintain a current LPN license in the state of practice.
- Experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Certification: Current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Certifications:
- IV Certification within 1 year of hire.
- Other unit-specific certifications as required.
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
- Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed.
