Join our compassionate team as an LPN-Hospice (PRN) Days and provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Deliver skilled nursing services with compassion and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Must maintain a current LPN license in the state of practice.
• Experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Certification: Current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification.
• Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Certifications:
  • IV Certification within 1 year of hire.
  • Other unit-specific certifications as required.

• Ability to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed.
